Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 18 will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where required.

4.4 ar77 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
All deposits to ar77 Accounts are denominated in PKR. ar77 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller, subject to applicable minimums and maximums displayed in the Account cashier. ar77 accepts only funds that are legitimately owned by the registered Account holder. Deposits made using fraudulently obtained payment credentials will result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities.
6.1 ar77 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other incentives (collectively "Promotions") to registered Users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods, which are communicated to the User before acceptance of the Promotion.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before any portion of the bonus balance may be withdrawn. Real-money balance is used before Bonus Funds for all wagers, unless a Promotion specifies otherwise.

7.2 ar77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been the subject of confirmed match-fixing, corruption, or irregularity, regardless of the outcome of the event.
7.3 ar77 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet at its sole discretion without providing reasons. This includes imposing maximum stake limits or maximum payout limits on any market, User, or Account.
7.4 Bets are accepted on the basis of the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In the event of a manifest pricing error, ar77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users.
7.5 Live (in-play) bets are subject to brief processing delays. ar77 reserves the right to void live bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined, including where connectivity or system issues have caused a delay in odds updates.

The outcomes of all RNG games are determined by certified random number generation systems independently audited by accredited testing laboratories.
